Director: Donald Petrie Cast: Whoopi Goldberg, Dianne Wiest, Eli Wallach, Tim Daly, Bebe Neuwirth, Austin Pendleton, Lainie Kazan, Donald Trump, Billy Jaye, Helen Hanft
Overtly based on the "Tootsie" premise, Whoopi Goldberg plays "Cutty"–a figment of Laurel's (also Goldberg) imagination. Disguised as a man, Laurel is able to gain respect as a financial analyst on Wall Street. Goldberg is funny, the cast is great, and while the story errs in the premise that women get no respect on Wall Street, it does provide good entertainment.

Retired officers James T. Kirk (William Shatner), "Scotty" Scott (James Doohan), and Pavel Chekov (Walter Koenig) are guests on the maiden voyage of Enterprise-B when disaster strikes. Kirk is presumed dead, but he is really trapped in the Nexus purgatory. Now, 78-years later, Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) and the crew of Enterprise-D rescue Dr. Soran (Malcolm McDowell) who, unknown to Picard, is plotting to destroy the world. When Picard realizes that Soran presents a real danger, he convinces Kirk to leave his comfort zone in purgatory and come to his aid. This is a milestone film in that two generations of starship officers, Kirk and Picard, work together to stop an alien from destroying the universe.

Wisecracks 1992 N/R, 93 min. Genre: Documentary
Director: Gail Singer Cast: Phyllis Diller, Whoopi Goldberg, Sandra Shamas, Jenny LeCoat, Mae West, Lucille Ball, Eve Arden, Fanny Brice, Carol Burnett, Carol Channing
This film uses the documentary style to present short clips from comediennes' routines. Such diverse personalities as Phyllis Diller, Whoopi Goldberg, Mae West, and Lucille Ball are highlighted. The underlying theme is sexism in comedy–both on stage and behind the scenes.
