  After a dedicated nurse, Coffy (Pam Grier), learns that her 11-year-old sister has been injured by using contaminated heroin, she poses as a prostitute for King George (Robert DoQui) who has connections to the drug world. After infiltrating the world of drug dealers, Coffy single-handedly takes to the streets combating the violence of drugs with her shotgun.
