Ranger Tex (Tex Ritter) rides into town to settle a feud between cattlemen and sheep men. But it's not all that simple since the feud is being fueled by a respected citizen who has his eyes set on being the big boss. One of Tex's weakest films, which was completed after Tex had signed with a rival company. So the small budget was even smaller for this film, and the last reel was completely lifted from a previous film.
