In this sequel to the 1992 film, our magical, mischievous Munchie is called before the celestial court and scolded for his previous escapades–which included responsiblity for many of the Earth's tragic events. His is given the task to help a woman and her son who could use his special assistance. He succeeds in his mission, and, as the film ends, he is back in front of the court who provides him another job to help another troubled person: Bill Clinton.
