In another adaptation of Dean R Koontz's book, Paul Ferguson (Marc Singer) escapes with a laboratory dog, and the duo are pursued by an evil monster from the experimental lab. Paul is blamed, but then he joins forces with Barbara White (Tracy Scoggins) who had trained the dog, and, working together, they defend themselves against the monster.
