But, Paula is not a socialite, and her solution is to pretend to be an "upper-cruster" so that she can enter the contest. Louis Armstrong's orchestra, Andre Kostelanetz and his orchestra, cyclers, jugglers, tumblers, etc., all make for an overall fun movie.

In the midst of his frenzy to spend the money, personal problems arise when he must postpone his wedding to Peggy (Helen Walker) but cannot tell her why.
