  After Foxy Brown's (Pam Grier) boyfriend Michael (Terry Carter) is slain, she vows revenge. Foxy goes undercover as a hooker working for Katherine Wall (Kathryn Loder) who heads up a drug cartel. Her efforts to try to infiltrate the mob and find the murderer of Michael leads to an overabundance of violence.
