Compassionate werewolf Valdemar Daninsky (Paul Naschy) is back for the fourth time and is revived after removal of a silver bullet that "killed" him in the previous film. With the aid of two female students Elvira and Genevieve (Gaby Fuchs and Barbara Capell), he searches for the tomb of Countess Wandessa (Patty Shepard), the vampire woman. Matters heat up when they find the Countess.
