Now, Sister Aloysius sets out to rid the school of Father Flynn's influence and, in the process, nearly tears the community apart. The film received five Academy Award nominations, including Best Actress (Streep), Supporting Actor (Hoffman), and both Amy Adams and Viola Davis (for her role as Donald Miller's mother) for Supporting Actress.
